Extremely comfortable and clean stay! A little noisy from the busy street outside and neighboring business, but not a huge issue for us. Jeff had great communication via Airbnb messaging and was very friendly. Appreciated the high quality appliances and furniture/linens. Nearby street parking was easy to find. Lots of stairs but we didn't mind the built-in exercise. Would stay again!

This was a great place to stay! It was very well stocked with supplies and amenities -- plenty of tableware and cookware, modern appliances, comfy furniture, large air purifier, bidet with heated seat, large TVs with Roku, dimmable light fixtures, etc. Jeff was very attentive and I'm confident he would have handled any issues quickly (although we didn't have any issues for him to handle). The unit is just a couple of blocks from Greenwood Avenue and so many great restaurants (try Gorditos!) and shops, and a few minutes by car to Ballard, Green Lake and Wallingford. There is a physical therapist on the ground floor, but we barely heard a peep from them or the adjacent townhouse unit on one side. The only negatives were the long stairway from the entry door to the unit and that the front rooms of the unit get a lot of road noise from 3rd Avenue. There's not much traffic on 3rd at night, but you may want to put the lightest sleeper in the back bedroom. We would stay here again for sure!

Jeff’s Modern Townhouse was exactly as presented on Airbnb, with pictures and descriptions perfectly describing the accommodations and neighborhood. Proactive communications and instructions were always timely and clear. Jeff accommodated a special check-in request from us. We prepared most of a Christmas Holiday dinner in the kitchen that we then took to our adult children’s home a short distance away to enjoy with them. Grocery shopping was seamless at the Fred Meyer that is adjacent to the Townhouse. We have stayed at numerous Airbnb locations in Seattle, and this is at the top of that list.

Everything was excellent and as advertised. Jeff is a great host and the space is really clean and wonderfully appointed. I also love the neighborhood - it's very walkable from Jeff's apartment. This was my third stay here and probably won't be my last.

Jeff's place was in a great location, excellent restaurants on Greenwood avenue and groceries were easy to get at Fred Meyer. The rooms were spotless and kitchen had everything we needed. Jeff was very responsive with a few questions we had! We would stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The house was so clean and everything felt fresh. The location is so central to greenwood restaurants and bars, and it’s a huge bonus that Fred Meyer is next door so we could run back and forth to get groceries. It feels safe with the added gate before the entrance and 87th had plenty of street parking. The hosts were so accommodating and kind! We’ll definitely be back.
