Before and during your stay: +All visiting guests need to be approved by the host +Well-behaved dogs are welcome (2 dog limit) NO CATS +There is a $25 fee for a second dog +Please clean paws before entering the house +No dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Dog hair on the bedding will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $100. +All additional cleaning for dog hair will result in a minimum fee of $150. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture unless there is a barrier that keeps the dog hair off. Dog owners with dogs that shed are expected to keep their dogs brushed and to vacuum up hair. Removal of dog hair is not covered in the cleaning fee. +Outdoor shoes should not be worn on the carpet. Please remove shoes either before entering the house or at the entry. There is a basket provided for shoes. +Decorative pillows are for decoration and should be put in the closet shelves instead of on the floor. +Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house or on the property and will result in a $500 cleaning fee +Using multiple appliances at once can trip the breaker.
