Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside or ANYWHERE on the property. Accessibility: There are 8 steps from the street up to the front entrance. In the back of the Bungalow there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the laundry area and one last step from the back door down to the backyard patio. Parking: Max height of vehicle is limited (mid-size car or smaller) 72". ONE (1) vehicle in the carport and garage only. TV: Note that this is a streaming TV only (no cable). Hulu is included and allows guests to access their favorite streaming apps as well as local TV channels. Guests will login to their own streaming apps.
